Put on a record, wind up the gramophone, lower the needle, listen to the record, change the record, wind up the gramophone.... Again and again... The ritual of listening to old gramophone records. The generation of grandfathers of sound recordings. Mechanical, wind up, operate without electricity. Inspired by the avant-garde era, they have gathered for a performance to play several identical records simultaneously and tune in dialoge with live piano by Jana Zariņa and violoncello by Jekaterina Frolova.
